“I was only here for 1 night but it was a lovely experience. The staff is very nice and answered all my curious questions, the VIEW is one of the best you’ll find in the Catskills. “We were greeted by the owner with a smile and very helpful information to make our stay excellent. She sat down with us to help us plan our hiking experience. The room was extremely clean and set up nicely. The food was delicious and the homemade chocolate chip cookies were the best ever! A wonderful stay and I recommend it highly.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. Great location, close to everything at Windham and Hunter. The cottage was exactly as described - very clean and very comfortable. Agnes even had a fire going for us when we arrived and my daughter loved the cookies. Communication was excellent. We are looking forward to our next stay. ”

“The home was clean and comfortable. The home does have that wood burning fireplace smell and triggered our friends allergies but overall wasnt an issue. It was conveniently located to town and easy to find. It is located on a private lane that was all snow and ice coverd but wirh AWD we did not have an issue. Overall it was a great place to stay and we woyld 100% retuen. The owners were very responsive when we had an issie with the door lock and they walked us through it easy peasy. Just……

“Laureen was very hospitable. She accomodated us every step of the way. There were clean sheets, comforters, pillows and sets of towels arranged in the room. The bathroom was also clean and there was hot water. Laureen checked in on us to see how we slept and if our needs were met. She made a delicious hot breakfast consisting of blueberry pancakes and eggs how we like them served with tea, coffee or water. “The midnight fox was an excellent property and exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed our 3 days stay in the Catskills with the accommodation being a great part of it.
