“We were very comfortable for our stay at Fairfield Inn Joplin. The bed was very comfortable, linens were soft and clean. There was no noise from the hallway or other guests. The bedroom was a bit small but the handicap accessible bathroom was absolutely *wonderful*. My husband and I are both physically handicapped and having the luxury of the walk in shower and rainforest showehead was simply delightful. The room and bathroom were very clean. “We were able to have the same room as different members stayed over for parts of an important weekend. Friendly staff and good place to all feel safe and comfortable. The building was being remodeled though. Anytime a place needs to revamp, it's inconvenient. It was noiser as a result, which is reflected in the final score. Other than that, would've been tops!”

“Manager was very helpful when we left our fan there. Then my sister left her drivers license there after she picked up our fan he called us to let us know so she could get it back. I like how he doesnt charge through hotels .com app until you get there. That way if your plans fall through you dont have to worry about getting your money back. We will stay here again when we are coming through town. ”

“Overall it is a very good hotel! Access to the hotel was a bit odd, though very understandable! The hotel was very clean, well kept. The room was good, with only a couple of maintenance things that needed to be fixed but nothing major. Breakfast was just okay, but the seating area was small. Overall it was good!”
