“After booking and before arrival, communication was very easy and fast and complete. The whole place is spotlessly clean. This is the first and only place I did not mind not having a private bathroom. Any time of day it was clean as if it had just been cleaned. The room is very spacious and well equipped with water cooker and even tea and coffee. The bed is comfy. The only minus I can think of is that it is not really sound proof. But that does not matter so much to me. O and at the last room of……

“Uniche due note negative: prima accoglienza in un ufficio sporchissimo, una pessima prima impressione e esterno incurato, anche qui abbastanza in disordine. Inoltre SPA non disponibile. Il resto invece positivo: belle le camere, spaziose e moderne, pulite e con tutti i comfort. Ottima anche la colazione, abbondante e con cibi freschi. Molto gentili e disponibili le proprietarie.”

“Very nice apart-hotel with 24/24h check in. Clean and comfortable, newly refurbished, a/c, great breakfast at the Carlton Hotel. Street parking available right in front of the door on the „piazza”. Super friendly and helpful staff! ”

“Large, comfortable rooms, well equipped. Extremely nice staff, who went out of their way to be helpful. Good breakfast. Quiet street that felt safe at night, and was an easily walkable distance from the centro historico. No negatives!”

“My only regret is that I didnt book a longer stay! We were warmly welcomed. Room was spacious and tidy. Everything worked. Common area had complimentary tea and wine. Lovely patio also. Close to sights on a historica lane. Already want to go back to Ferrara. ”
