“We booked this property for it’s proximity to the Ironman Oregon 70.3 venue. The location is less than a block from Riverfront City Park. Once we parked the car in the dedicated, secured parking spot, we hardly moved the car for the next 3 days. Many great dining places are within easy walking distance. “We had a very nice stay here among the beautiful country farm setting with a tour of the alpacas and their habitat . Paul gave us a nice visit with the alpacas and a very lot of information about how they are raised and taken care of . We got to feed them and pet their super soft coat of fiber (fur) . In the apartment , we had everything needed to cook in the full kitchen , a great shower , super comfy bed and a spacious living room . We plan to come again to this wonderful place .”

“This is a really cozy little studio. I had everything I needed in the house, even left left a nice bottle of wine for me to enjoy! The space is small but so well done it feels much larger. There is even access to laundry at no extra charge. Since I miscalculated what I would need when I packed, this was a lifesaver! I would definitely stay here again when visiting the Salem area.”
