“위치가 너무 좋고 콘도형이라 식사 다 해 먹을 수 있고 바로 앞에 migros 있어서 장보기 편합니다. 숙소에서 숙박하는 날 동안 쓸수있는 대중교통 이용권을 줘서 편하게 잘 다녔습니다. 단, 수건은 리필해주지 않는다는게 단점입니다. 에어컨은 없고 선풍기가 있는데 날이 선선해서 선풍기만으로 충분했습니다. ”

“We were unable to access the accommodation: upon arrival, we found ourselves in front of code boxes, no response to calls to the owner between 4 PM and 5 PM, no calls from him despite the message left on voicemail in English, no email indicating the codes. In short, unable to leave 2 children in the blazing sun, we were forced to book another hotel and lose the money for this rental. The fault does not rest entirely with the owner; Epedia also shares some responsibility, as the emails received……

“This property is listed as 2 bedroom apartment , booked it for family of 4 for 3 night stay… upon arrival found it was rented to other individuals…. Individual Living in the living room/ balcony with personal belongings and bedding in living room, one bedroom locked rented to others and had access to one bedroom only with 2 twin beds and a folding single bed, total 3 can sleep in room…. Did not feel safe in that situation and left the property…. Booked another stay last minute as advised by Vrbo……

“Very clean and close to the train station, tram line and buses. Can reach Zurich airport in 1hr on a direct train. Supermarkets in close walking distance within a shopping centre that has a variety of clothes, shoes and groceries. A few restaurant options too. ”

“Location is fantastic! This is right in Lucerne old town. Everything is walkable from here. Since it’s right in the city, night time walks with gelato is easy. Property is fair, not fancy or upgraded recently but fair enough. Shower area is tiny so anyone about 5,11” and above can’t shower here. Overall a good stay. ”

“Die Unterkunft sehr günstig gelegen, nah zum Bahnhof, Seepromenade, Schiffsanlegestelle, Bushaltestelle, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Unterkunft praktisch, rationell, sauber. Es hat alles gestimmt.”

“Our hosts John and Jacqueline could not have been more accommodating. They responded quickly our queries and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy a carefree stay.We had a large family gathering one day during our stay and John made certain that there were parking spaces for everyone. The kitchen was well-equipped for preparing family meals and hosting a crowd of 25. ”
