“This unit is listed as a two bedroom, but it is actually a one bedroom. The second bed is located in the living area. This ultimatey did not work for our group, and I would not have booked a stay had I known it was a one bedroom. I reached out to VRBO custmer service to let them know that the listing was inaccurate, but they didn't seem to care, which left a bad taste in my mouth.Additionally, the unit is close to a very busy street, and we heard cars driving past all night. The one bathroom is……

“Apartment 1, very clean and met all our needs. Kitchen was well equipped and the house was toasty warm! Bathroom towels, hand soap and shampoo were furnished. Very quiet! Living space could use more comfortable seating, only one comfortable chair available. Adding lined or insulated window covering would be a plus.”

“The house was clean outside but: The communication from Expedia did not exist. We got to the property, neither the phone number nor email for host worked. We could not get in. Called Expedia many times, could not talk to a person. The longest I waited on hold was over 1/2 hr (have screen shot). We gave up and got another room from another company.”

The location was a nice distance from Cleveland - far enough to feel like we were "away" but close enough to avoid a long car ride. Karina was prompt and helpful in her communication.
