The night before our arrival I had called and inquired about adjoining rooms for my parents and I so that they could help with our little one; Cassundra graciously took the time and came up a solution for us. After our check in, she quickly inquired to ensure that we were given a crib, which hadn’t been, and she, within minutes, delivered one herself. Then, lastly, through their text feature, I was able to add an additional night to my stay and not……
