“Private cabin surrounded by cedars and steps away from the lake. Spacious great room with a cozy electric fireplace. Two big decks to enjoy the outdoors. My friend is recovering from surgery and this was a wonderful place to relax, cook, and just hang out. It would be even better in summer as two paddle boards and a small kayak are provided. ”

“A very deep cleaning of the bedroom window sills..had lots of mouse droppings and mouse hair..a health hazard. The toilet tank and bowl barely got cleaned. The counters and fridge were sticky and someone sprayed an entire can of air freshener to cover up what smell like smoke. Also the living room sofa is so bad..you sink down 6 inches..which gave us back aches. We sat on the dining chairs or the floor. The sofa cushions had lots of hair and crumbs..not cleaned. It appeared to us that the maid……

Perfect for working on the road, extended stay or weekend getaway, HQ for day trips. Just right for singles, one couple, maybe families of three with one young one. Hostess is phenomenally easy to work/communicate with. Can’t be beat!”

“We enjoyed our stay very much at the cottage, it was perfect for our multi generational family. It was exactly as advertised and the most stocked VRBO we have ever stayed in, We got spoiled cooking on the amazing gas stove! The cottage is about 20-25 min to Fairhaven historic district/Western WA and only 15 min to whatcom falls park, gorgeous this time of year! We would highly recommend staying here and we will be back! Thank you! The Grays ”

“Very comfortable property. Nice scenic view. We would stay here again. When asked a question, the owner was quick to respond. One note: the description did not make it clear that this is the bottom floor of a house. Everything is separate, but this should probably be clearer. We also had to ask about the refrigerator. Adding a picture of that would help. ”
