“Property was a little dated but well kept in a great location and neighborhood. Convenient to Quantico, Spotsylvania and Fredricksburg. Management was responsive to messages. Enjoyed the Kayaks and would definitely recommend this property and rent again. ”

“The house was perfect for our needs and three families. The two separate living rooms and TV areas were perfect to have extra space for the kids, who also loved the ping-pong and pool table . The house was clean and well maintained, kitchen had tons of space and everything we needed. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. We had a little success fishing from the dock and enjoyed taking the canoes out. Love the house and hope to be back. Thanks!”

They bent over backwards to assist us and were just wonderful to work with. There were 17 of us and everyone was comfortable and happy here. I cannot recommend this house enough! “Great location and beautiful area. The towels smelled musty and the hall bathroom smelled. Needs a bit more towels and hand towels. The bar stools needed to be tightened and the chairs around the table. ”

“We stayed at the house for about 5 days. Location was definitely rural. Our drive in was very scenic, farmlands and open plains and livestock. First impression was that the house was well appointed. Lots of amenities and board games. There was entertainment in most corners of the house. There is carpet on most of the floor spaces, could use a deep cleaning The kitchen all the utensils, pots, pans you will need. I do wish the stove has some form of extractor to reduce the smells within the……
