“We had the most wonderful stay in this adorable cabin in the woods. The place is beautiful and well maintained. I would highly recommend staying at this lovely retreat.”

“Cabin was perfect for the three of us. A well equipped kitchen, bathrooms on each floor, plenty of towels and a laundry area (shared with downstairs bathroom) made for extra convenience! Our bed was nice & firm and our son said the twin beds were firm as well. Didn't use the loft bed, but used a pillow from it. (NOTE: You might want to bring an extra pillow or two as we didnt see any extras in the closets) The uncovered hot tub on the deck overlooking the river was great and made special when……

We truly appreciated the cozy yet modern decor, super comfortable rooms, and the peaceful vibe throughout the property. I know this spot is a go-to for ski season, but it was also perfect for our summer hiking trip to Mt. Rainier. It made a great home base to unwind after long trail days. “This was our visit to the area, and this place was great! Comfortable sleeping spaces with plenty of room. (We were 4, but the place could easily sleep 6). Wildwood (just down the road) was a beautiful oasis and the proximity to other hiking/fishing/recreation was outstanding. The hosts were excellent communicators and clearly care about helping guests have a good experience. ”

“Overall very clean. Cobwebs on the lamp. The small bed is very uncomfortable. A soft topper would take care of that problem. Master bed is awesome!! Great stove and refrigerator! Nice view from the master and dining room. Looks just like the photos. There’s a great walking pathway at the river. Go left. Had a super nice time there!”

“The property is great and exactly as described in the listing. It is 45 minutes to Rainier but you don’t have closer options nearly as nice. There’s not many places to eat in town that appealed to us so we cooked out often on the nice grill provided. Sitting on the deck before or after a long day of hiking and hearing Butter Creek cascading in the rocks below the yard is particularly nice. One night three female elk splashed across the stream.”

“The location is perfect for visiting Rainier. The play ground, hot tub, river access and garden/ grounds are so fun a perfect added bonus for a family. The outdoor kitchen is amazing and I somehow missed that in the listing. We stayed in the tipi and were so impressed with the size and temps! Outside temp dropped to about 55 ish and there were plenty of cozy blankets for us and the kids to use. So fun! Would definitely stay again. ”
