“Everything was great! Jan was a terrific host; gave us salmon dip & veggies upon arrival and kept unobtrusive care of us. Location was lovely, just above the river bank, quiet except for the sound of the river and very private. Hoping to return during warmer weather.”

“We picked out this cottage for a girls' weekend specifically because of the alpacas and they were everything we were hoping for! We enjoyed their morning visits before we headed out for adventures. The cottage was extremely clean and well stocked for our basic needs. It had a cozy country atmosphere while also being in relatively close proximity to a variety of hikes. The hot tub was a welcome treat after a day of hiking.I recommend taking a screenshot of check-in instructions prior to arriving……

“**Magical Location** We had a memorable stay at this vacation rental, thanks in large part to its magical location. The property is nestled beside a beautiful, accessible river that was perfect for swimming and soaking in the natural surroundings—truly a highlight of our visit. The house itself was charming, with a lovely aesthetic, but it’s showing its age in some areas. The kitchen and one bathroom are outdated and could benefit from a refresh. While the beds were clean, they unfortunately……

“Overall good experience. The place is in a quiet area. There is a wedding venue nearby, so when I arrived on Friday I could hear loud music, but it was over before 11:00 pm. The rest of the weekend was very quiet. I loved seeing deer on my porch. One thing I didn't like was pretty dark bathroom, so it was difficult to do make up. Also, lack of any counter space or shelves in the bathroom. As a woman on a long trip I'd like to have at least a small space where I can place my cosmetic bag. ”
