“Historic property with modern conveniences. Jess was outstanding with the assistance we needed. The grounds are lovingly landscaped-from the folly to the 300 yr old Magnolia and the water feature. Lovely Persimmon groves in the area behind the house. Plenty of outdoor seating arrangements to enjoy the phenomenal Spring weather ”

“I couldn’t be happier with this little cottage. From the moment you enter, you feel right at home. Everything is exceptionally clean and the cottage is well stocked with essentials. The dock is a very short walk away and a great place to sit and enjoy the breeze and views. We didn’t have much luck fishing but we sure tried!”

“House was as listed. Very comfortable for a large group. Kitchen was equipped very well. All the extra towels were great too. Lock code was randomly changed but owner was prompt in correcting. Persons over 5'10" feet may need to duck to use showers and heads were fairly low. As others noted some bugs, but as expected with a house this age.”

“We had a wonderful experience at this vacation rental! The house was clean, well-kept, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The views were absolutely beautiful, and we especially enjoyed the kayak and catching catfish right off the dock. Communication with the host was perfect - quick, clear and helpful. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy some peace by the water. ”
