The condo is secluded and private with all types of wildlife present. We saw deer, a black squirrel, a bunny, birds galore, etc. The unit was clean and cool when we checked in. “Such a unique and lovely spot! Perfect for our weekend getaway. So many small touches that made us feel so welcomed. I didn’t pay attention to the pictures to notice it’s lifted out of the water, but with the wind & rain overnight we were thankful as we still heard the water lapping underneath but didn’t get the same rolling all of the nearby docked boats had. Just steps from the Big Owl Tiki Bar where we had the best crabcake sandwiches. Will definitely be back, thanks again! ”

“The Oaks is in an absolutely perfect location and checks all the boxes a large family needs for a stay. We booked it for our wedding at the AYC for close family and it was far superior to booking 6 hotel rooms where everyone would have been locked in their own rooms. They hung out and spent a great time together on the main level. It was nice to be at a historic home with all the fun quirks. The hosts were responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend! ”

“Communication with the Host before, during, and after was excellent. Very beautiful and spacious home, very clean. Views of the water and sunrise over the water are amazing (and so were the moonrises over the water). Heated pool was invaluable. Our two dogs had a great time in it and running up and down the hillside in the backyard. Plenty of amenities. Grocery stores not far. Had a wonderful time and can't wait to return.”
