“This Property is in an excellent, quiet, safe neighborhood less than a block from the 'Annapolis' water...meaning lots of boating goin on. Each window has at least a partial view of the water. The entire building is well maintained. The location is easy to find and is only a short walk from downtown via a bridge you will absolutely want to walk! The Condo is on a middle floor of the building but there was never any noise from the unit above or below. The persons I met were gracious and relaxed……

“Our family enjoyed this property. It is located in a small condo building with parking. The property is exactly as advertised, clean and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space and being on the water. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked, and the condo was definitely comfortable with four. It is quick walk to downtown Annapolis across the bridge and we walked back and forth several times during the weekend. The owner is communicative and responsive. Definitely recommend!”

“My husband and I and our bunny stayed here the hottest week of the year for 4 nights and we were grateful to have been kept cool with no issues. The A/C in this unit has been well tested. The condo is secluded and private with all types of wildlife present. We saw deer, a black squirrel, a bunny, birds galore, etc. The unit was clean and cool when we checked in. Check-in was super easy as was check out. The pictures of this condo are 100% accurate. The view is so beautiful you won't want to……

“Our family had a great stay at this very comfortable apartment. First of all, the location cannot be beat. With views of the water and being within walking distance of most everything in North Beach, the location really is perfect. We parked our car and walked everywhere, and we all loved the balcony. We also found the apartment to be well equipped for our needs. The kitchen had all the basics that we needed and also k-cups for the Keurig. That was an absolute life saver for a coffee fiend.……
