“Amazing - if you are interested in the last few hundred years of U.S. History, I'd put this one on your list of places to visit. Just a great experience. Out of the innumerable artifacts dating back to the end of the 18th century, I particularly was taken back by the original copy of a page from April 15th, 1865 - I didn't have time to see everything. The property's stewards will most likely offer a tour and they are really nice folks. I thought this location was aggressively under priced. ”

“We were here for my Niece's Wedding and only stayed a couple of nights. The property was great and provided all amenities necessary. Having a big backyard for the pups to run off their pent up energy after a long drive was priceless. Location was perfect with a nice, quiet neighborhood and conveniently located to the wedding venue ”

“There were 3 crackers making noise all night long after turn off the light& cost me over an hour to find/kill each one after another but the the 4th cracker is stilling there, so finally I give up & checked out around 03:20 am in the small hour. The staff's response was: "There is the season......" Request full refund damage.”

“Made reservation for the property for couple evenings would be staying in St Joseph. Upon reservation being complete was contacted by owner Gary in regards to property. Day of arrival had chat with Gary in regards to check in & a visit with him shortly after arrival. Property is nicely situated & stocked with necessary items. Having Alexa installed on property was really nice. Will definitely be returning in future visits & would highly recommend if looking for a great place to stay”
