“This house was perfect for our stay. I can’t imagine a better selection for visiting any part of Bloomington!”

“The house was spacious and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The only downsides were the grill had not yet been replaced so we had to bring our own and towels needed to be washed, dried, and put in a hamper that I was unable to locate before you left. The property is peaceful but close enough to Bloomington to go out to eat. If you are planning a trip to lake Monroe it is an excellent home base.”

“It was a wonderful weekend….plenty of space and beautiful trees at the back of the house. Great porch w fire pit large enough for our big group. We’d stay there again in a minute and next time we’ll cram into 4 cars as instructed so that we can avoid the neighbors’ posting no parking signs on our cars on the street. 4 cars or fewer folks and this is the spot!!!”

There is a nice fire pit area by a running creek which adds a great ambience. 5 mins away is food/ groceries. The owner did a great job in proactively reaching out with instructions and would quickly answer any question we had. We would definitely stay here again when we come to Spencer/ Bloomington. ”
