“It is a very cozy place to stay. The staffs are very nice and would give good travel recommendations. It takes 10mins walk to the station or you can take the bus for free. The room is clean and large, sufficient tools for cooking various type of dishes.”

“I think the downside was, it was warm and a bit noisy at night as it was near the pub and people were dining outside where we could hear the loud chats and laughs. But, I love the ambience and view of the place. I definitely will come back to visit again. ”

“The location is great. Only a few minutes to the center. 10 min walk To the station.
There is a big parking just in front of the apartment (19pm- 8am free). Normal price is 2chf per hour.
Very clean apartment. The host provided everything needed for cooking, even the oil and salt. Many restaurants around if you want to eat outside.
Good communication during the whole stay. Thank you ! We will definitely come back. ”

“We had such an amazing time at the Chalet. It was perfect for our family of 4. Even had a parking spot for our car. Location is very ideal to Interlaken and other surrounding areas. “This house and the town of Lauterbrunnen was amazing, the pictures don’t even do it justice. We fell in love with this town and will definitely be going back again! The house was perfect for what we needed. It was extremely clean and the location was perfect, amazing views from the deck and every window in the house. "The hotel is right by the bus stop Jungfraustrasse, you can easily walk to Interlaken West train station—superb convenient.
Tbh we booked this hotel last minute so it may be expensive, but the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel room only had triple type J sockets, and none of my adapters fit! Fortunately, the staff quickly brought us adaptors, which was awesome."

"Pros: located on Main Street of Interlaken, easy to walk everywhere. Spacious, modern rooms with AC that actually makes the rooms cool. Bright lights in the rest room. There is also a small terrace and partial view of mountains from the room.
Cons: Understaffed for two days - room wasn’t cleaned until 4-5 PM, only one person at the front desk, staff was super busy during breakfast. The day when we are about to leave, there is a new team of staff that is much more efficient and responsive. Breakfast selection is very limited compared to other hotels of similar grade. Tiny elevator due to the building being old.
Overall, the service could be better for the price of this hotel. "
