“With 5 bedrooms (more if you count use of sun porch areas in warmer weather) and 3.5 baths this property is great for family gatherings! There are plenty of seating areas for people to gather or disperse. There is a large dining room that accommodated 8 of us for one meal. The kitchen is large enough for many to pitch in and has all the necessities for cooking and entertaining a crowd. We made all of our meals there! We arrived to find the lights on throughout and music playing—a very warm……

“Very clean, just the two bedrooms upstairs are really small and more like big closets that are not really appropriate for two adults to sleep in (more for kids/teenagers). Nice are, enough parking space”

“Our stay was amazing! The house was exactly as it appears, clean, decorated well, plenty of sheets/pillows/blankets/towels, a nice updated kitchen which made cooking easy instead of eating out every meal! Garage was clean and easy to pull in and out of which helped keep the snow off the car during our winter stay! The beds were comfortable and the place just really made it easy to feel like you were at a true home away from home! 100% recommend staying here, and we will definitely be back when……

“The property fit our needs as we were busy with family and friends most of the time. The door knob on the inside of the bathroom with the tub fell of the first day. I placed it on the counter in that bathroom. Additionally, the bathtub could use some scrubbing bubbles cleanser to get it cleaned properly. It works good on mine anyway. It would have been handy to have a spatula too. Otherwise we were happy with the accommodations. And we loved the easy access of the keyless system. Thanks”

“The Nelson Lofts did not disappoint! The location was perfect for walking around and exploring downtown Davenport. The loft was very clean. Nice set up for a group trip with plenty of beds a seating. Communication was great and parking was easy. Special shout out for the showers- everyone commented how great they were! The sound does travel from the downstairs bars and neighboring lofts but they provide sound machines and ear plugs if needed. Would stay here again! ”
