“The Stone Cottage is absolutely charming. My son and daughter in law both had to work one day, so the basement worked out beautifully. The loft and rooms were all cozy and comfortable. Kitchen was equipped abundantly. The location next to Beacon Cafe was amazing, food was so good. Whitmers General Store with pizza and various entrees was a 3 minute walk down the quaint road. As a frequent visitor to Amish country I was looking for a new experience and Stone Cottage was a gem of a find. I……

“Great furniture and beds to accommodate all 7 of us! The store in the town is great. Enjoyed all the cows, horses, lambs,and even baby bunnies!!! Definitely a super place to land and to enjoy the hot tub!”

“Extremely charming and clean. The owner was great with communication. She got back to me almost immediately. We were in the middle of downtown which was great for shopping. I loved rocking in the rocking chair on the porch and watching the Amish go by in their buggies.”

“Over the weekend my family and I stayed here! And let me tell you, pictures do not do this place justice! It is so beautiful and peaceful here! My fiance and 2 boys loved the lake for fishing! We went on trail walks, the nature, the sound of wildlife, even went and grabbed some dinner from the restaurant near by! This is exactly what we wanted! We did not want to leave!! But rest assured, we will be going back!! ”

“Had a great experience with our stay! Very clean and cozy. I have a bad back and the mattress was super comfortable to me, a huge plus! They have plenty of towels and amenities. They really thought of everything! Would stay again.If I had any critique to give, the water pressure in shower was low. -but other than that everything was great!”
