“The communication with Andriy was excellent. We recieved a nice detailed note with everything we might need to know about our stay. VRBO had served us this stay when we did a filtered search for places with a hot tub and we saw one in the pictures. When we found the tub empty, we reached out to ask how to set it up, only to be informed that it didn't work. Andriy explained that they had never listed it as an amenity, and generously offered us a partial refund. I was grateful for the sincerity……

“My wife and I were looking for a winter get away and we stumbled upon Rob and Joanna’s water front cottage. This was exactly what we were looking for. The location was perfect and the cottage was very clean and modern. Even a nice fire place to warm up beside in the evenings.
