“ To say that we enjoyed our time at this property does not do it justice. The cottage is filled with everything needed to make the stay enjoyable, including those things that may have been left behind, like toothpaste and shampoo. It is exceptionally clean, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the kitchen is ready for either cooking family meals or enjoying take-out. A bonus is the pond and an outdoor area. It beckons you to sit and enjoy nature while slowing down to take a deep breath and……

“Love this cozy cottage on a small farm. It was perfect for our family! Shawna and her husband were the perfect hosts. We enjoyed the goats and chickens! ”

“We had a great stay here. It was perfect - enough bathrooms and rooms that were great sizes for our family. We had three adults and two kids (ages 1 and 3) (one slept in a pack and play). It was perfectly located and easy to get to downtown Leesburg and many of the wineries in the area. The weather was so nice and we enjoyed sitting on the porch at the end of the night. The yard was perfect for the kids. We’d definitely stay here again.”

“Such a phenomenal experience! The place is tucked away, though the woods and in the middle of pastures with horses on one side and alpacas on the other. Beautiful, secluded, quiet. “So I had to book a place big enough for a large family last minute and found this property and let me tell you this property was spacious and breathtaking! Had a everything we needed for a home away from home! The fridge and stove were a dream! The plus was having washer/dryer access, hot tub and a massage chair! Oh and the tower!! The view from the deck was beautiful but from the tower was just amazing! Will definitely be coming back especially once the pool is built!”
