“This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”

“The hotel is very nice and clean, it looks like new. Our room is very clean. I love that there is a little kitchen with utensils and plates, complete with fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The only thing is when I checked in, I had to wait a little bit because no one was at the reception desk, there is no bell or anything to get someone’s attention to assist me. Over all, it was a wonderful experience. I will definitely stay in this hotel in the future. ”

“The hotel was very clean. But the halls were so cold it was unpleasant and the bathroom wall had previous water damage that had not been repaired. But let me tell you about the staff. A1 all tge way until the end excellent the check in clerk was very friendly and courteous and very willing to accommodate. ”
