“Room size is big and quiet. Need cleaning especially hidden area. In general the hotel is good for family long stay ”

“It is probably the WORST 4-star hotel that I have ever been to. The staff on the night shift was awfully rude - they would tease at you and offer unhelpful opinions. This hotel only provides one bottle of water per stay - it means if you stay in the same room for two days - you would still only get one bottle of water of 300ml. The rooms were dated and dirty. Some of the facilities obviously need some maintenance. The gym was so tiny and the breakfast was not a buffet style.”

“Overall is good. The location is good for a walk from the kangaroo point to the southbank park and Brisbane town hall. There are restaurants in convenient store nearby. The only thing is the door lock of our room is not working properly. Still I will consider this hotel for my next stay.”

“The rooms are newly renovated, yet something in the room has already been broken. I was disappointed that no breakfast was served in the hotel. Only modest breakfast boxes were given to guests. The location is okay.”

“Staff were very helpful, but towels were not changed. Good idea to tie the air-con in with the entrance key. Shame that the bathroom had maintenance problems.”

“The cleaness of hotel is extremely poor. We just stay one night but we found at least four cockroach in the room! They appeared on the bed,wall and above the refrigerator! It is a terrible experience. I do not recommend this for anyone. The bathroom is also very small and the another worse thing is there is no hot waterfor bathing! I believe hot water and cleaness is basic requirement for hotel. The Cliff House really disappoint me.”

“As you can see this bed and breakfast establishment has been given 5 stars but the way Bryce and Lindsay run Heal house this goes beyond 5 stars .For anyone who wants to stay In Brisbane should look no further than HEAL HOUSE. Breakfast was outstanding and the rooms were better than any 5 star hotel. Mike and Sylvia Perth ”
