“This is the nicest Kentucky state resort we have stayed at and we have been to several. All rooms are clean with a wonderful view from the balcony. Friendly staff and good food. Many things to do in the park and nearby. Highly recommend. ”

“We loved the historic aspects of the mill and its decor. Our room The Cabin was on the street on the ground floor and was so quiet. The breakfast was outstanding with foods made from house recipes. We wish they sold a cookbook!”

“Walked into a nice room. Beds were good, I didn't expect this before coming in, but it was nice. Bathroom looked renovated. The tiles also looked deep cleaned and white, no stains. AC worked well, honestly prefer these units. Hot water and good pressure. Exterior property, so I expected bugs, but nothing inside. Fast wifi, there was a box in the room- I didn't use it much. ”

“Ashley was amazing, especially when I was having issues getting on and in the property. Quick to respond and arrive.”

“This was a very charming house in Cumberland Gap. We were in the area for an event for LMU so the location was excellent. Everything was provided so that was a plus. The house was a 1928 house which gave it its charm. The books that were displayed were so interesting along with the family photos and albums. The only drawback which was not a big problem was that the refrigerator was not a full size fridge. It was probably a medium size fridge and it did have a freezer as well. Overall……

“We enjoyed our weekend at the cozy cottage on the Cumberland gap. The only thing I would improve on is the bed that is very creaky. Also communication was minimal. I couldn’t see the links given in the message and the hosts didn’t respond to my question. All good though because it was just as pictured. ”
