“Mark is an amazing host. Excellent communication. Breakfast items left specifically for us in the fridge were a most appreciated gift. Kitchen had everything we needed. Those considering the property should know that the two bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs. Beds were comfortable and both rooms had ample space. Instructions for tv use and streaming services were clear and easy to find. Neighborhood is a bit rundown but we did not feel at all unsafe.”

“We enjoyed the stay so much. There were a few hiccups, and due to the heat the house could greatly benefit from upgraded AC but we would definitely come stay again. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and we were close to everything we needed. ”

“We had a great stay! Came for a relaxing weekend and family get together. Everything was very clean and orderly. Plenty of kitchen gadgets and supplies along with towels and linens. The beds weren’t the comfiest to sleep on but they served their purpose. We enjoyed playing in the game room and relaxing in the hot tub. The sunroom was used very often as well and gave a nice place to grab some family pictures.”
