“This is our second time staying in the property owned by this group, and we highly recommend. This is clean and quiet property. The location is amazing for going to Canada Life Centre and has great parking. We would definitely stay here again.”

“On 4 PM arrival, apartment had not been cleaned. The cleaner arrived at 6 PM and completed cleaning at 7 PM. The pictured bedside lamp didn't have a shade. The owner replaced the lamp and refunded 30% of my first day's rent to compensate for the uncleaned apartment. As noted by a previous guest, the photos don't show the heavily stained and ridged carpet or two holes punched in the bathroom door. When I asked about those matters, the owner wrote: "There are no issues with the unit." False. The……

“We enjoyed our stay at Egilio’s place. Location is great! Cose to grocery store, cute shops in the Osborne area and quick to downtown. Nice to have underground parking spot especially in the snowy weather. Unit is clean and well stocked. Would definitely recommend staying here! ”

“This cottage is beautiful, modern, bright, clean and they also provided coffee pods for the kuereg, plus a variety of spices were available for cooking in case something was forgotten. It felt very spacious with the open ceiling and lots of window - overlooking the 'river'. Driveway was cleared of snow in preparation of our stay! ”

“We loved the character of this adorable house! It’s in an excellent location that easy to get to and has good parking in the back alley behind the house. There are many shops and restaurants near by. Our host was very quick to communicate with us when we had any questions. There was some ice build up on the steps that made for some fancy footwork coming and going from the house. The beds are listed as queen but they seemed a touch small for a queen.
