“Lovely little basement suite! Perfect location for attending a bombers game. Comfy beds with three private bedrooms. Slippers in each room 👍. Just be mindful that you cannot park on the street during the day for a bombers game so you have to find alternate parking for your vehicle, which was easy enough to do around the block. Host was very quick to respond to any questions we had and made sure we were comfortable! Would stay again. ”

“We stayed here for several days with our adult son and his partner. The layout (with bedrooms upstairs and 2.5 bathrooms) was great for two couples on different schedules. Nice location and we appreciated the underground parking. The apartment is attractive, roomy, and well equipped. Communication with Egilio was excellent and early check-in was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again. ”

The location is excellent for walking to restaurants, breweries & other local destinations. The host was very accommodating and was very quick to help us when we had an issue with the TV. “My wife and I stayed in Winnipeg for a few nights in Dec 2022. The suite was easily accessible, located in the lower level of a house in a residential neighborhood. Was refreshing to get away from 'corporate' for a bit. Bed was comfortable and everything that we needed was provided - even creamers for the coffee.
