“The property was as described and offered the opportunity for the entire family to stay together. Check in/out was efficient and convenient. We would consider staying here again in the future when visiting Cedar Falls. ”

“Wonderful property for a large family. We had 4 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and have privacy. The view of the river was beautiful and we even did some fishing off the bank. The location is very private with only one neighbor.It was very hot weather during our stay but the additional a/c units kept it sufficiently cool. The projector room was a huge hit with the teens. The shared living room space was cozy.Plenty of space in the kitchen for cooking large meals.……

“Check in and check out was very easy. We had our adult children and their families for a family reunion in Janesville. The house was perfect, plenty of room, where we could be together, but not crowded!! The house is set up so if you want to get away from the chaos you can, and the bags, pool table, large tv. All the kids said it was perfect! My grandson said, I love this house, but I really love all the people in it!! Thanks for the memories! You have thought of everything, very well done. We……

“We rented this property while we attended an event in Cedar Falls. The house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered. It has new flooring and everything in labeled so you know exactly where everything is. There were 4 of us staying there and it is all we needed for the 3 days we were there.
