“This is a very new hotel and the room is clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful when they see us are having a baby traveling with us. I would definitely stay here when I come to Jamestown next time! ”

“It’s okay. I’d stay there again. Our stay was in January and there was a blizzard. So it wasn’t walkable and not the type of conditions to check the outside around the hotel. The restaurant on the property was outstanding.”

“There is a lot wrong with the stay we just had. 1 st the cover on the bed was ratty with loose strings and the bed was terrible. 2 nd was when I went to use the pool the room was cold even though the thermometer said it was 80 degrees and the water was cold. 3 rd was when we both took a shower there was no hot water even when it was turned all the way up . 4 th was that the tv wouldn't go any louder then 30. Boy when you try to get away from the rat race just for a weekend.”

“Very friendly staff! Checked in to a king room but it smelled like stale smoke (possibly because it was once a smoking room). Front desk apologized and switched us to another room. Easy peasy fix! ”

“It’s a treat to be able to stay anywhere here on the institute. I am grateful for the love that goes into this place and would stay here again. I can only imagine coming back in the summer and to sit on the balcony listening to the music drift through the air. Thank you for the hospitality!”

“Arrived at the hotel at the midnight. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is basic but provides all the things you need.Good place for a one night stay.”

“Only issue was- the TV was at an awkward place near the bathroom and my husband hit his head on it. I was afraid we may need 911! It kinda sticks out . Otherwise all was very nice! Tissues in the room would be a plus and WATER! Def will be stay again! Staff very friendly and price great! Thank you! ”

“The day was fine however the water was cloudy. Cold water had a rust color. The entire toilet bowl was a brownish orange rust. Then the toilet water ran all night long.”
