“Weather was rough as it rained everyday, so the water and mud made things tough and the TV would not work properly with YouTube TV and the lag made it impossible to watch. Otherwise property is an excellent location e with a dock for the boat. Nice spot. ”

“House was nicely located close to everything in town and the water. We had a little issue getting the door to open but Deb and Rick were quick to help and get it sorted out. The house is plenty big for a family of 8 comfortably, the layout upstairs is a little odd but is spacious. ”

“This was a girls weekend to celebrate my daughter’s 40th birthday. This house was perfect for our needs. Big enough for us to all have our own rooms and a beautiful kitchen and living room to be together. The host was easy to get in touch with and very nice to answer all our questions. “This house on the lake was perfect for our weekend getaway! The view was amazing and my favorite part of the day, was making coffee and walking out to the end of the dock, watching the water glisten…it was so peaceful and relaxing. We will definitely be coming back here for another stay! Thank you so much!”

“Very nice spot for three couples to come and unwind. The sunroom provided an excellent view of the lake and the kitchen was spacious and well stocked. There was plenty of room for six adults. The outdoor fire pit was a plus due to cooler weather in October. Location was perfect for a quick grocery run in Jamestown or a short drive to restaurant options. Lisa was courteous and quick to respond. Overall, a nice traditional lake house. ”

“Loved staying in this rental. The inside is absolutely gorgeous and very updated! Rachel was excellent to communicate with and very helpful. Location is great- lakefront and right by the Chautauqua ferry! Had a wonderful weekend with family and would love to come back again. Would highly recommend to anyone considering renting! ”
