“We were there for my son’s wedding. 14 of us had plenty of room and beds. Absolutely the perfect location, walkable to the Kitchen Kettle Village and restaurants. We could sit on the porch and watch buggies go by. I would suggest leaving a bundle of firewood and matches. Took us 4 days to find any for sale. Will definitely be back!”

“Home was lovely! Comfortable and clean. Easy to reach our planned activities. Only negative is a limited stocked kitchen if one was planning to cook meals. We only had breakfast there so it was not an issue for us.We met Sarah and her daughter who were very nice.”

“What a beautiful place! Just as the photos show. We enjoyed every moment on this slice of heaven in Chester County. Beds we very comfortable and the house was spotless. I dream of having such a well stocked, gourmet kitchen. We found ourselves torn between staying and watching the horses freely play and roam and doing the things we had planned. We enjoyed the beautiful lawn, the calm porch overlooking the rolling hills and farms and the lovely hot tub and fire pit! Close driving distance to nearby attractions in Lancaster, but off the beaten path! Would definitely return when we come back to the area!”

“We had the most wonderful stay. Fireplaces in every bedroom, this house is truly historic. The owner did not miss a thing when designing the rooms… details are immaculate and so thoughtful. From the decor to the linens and towels, all superb. Coffee and creamer, fish food for the pond, rocks to paint…first class. These on top of the fact that you are staying on a real farm with live animals that you can feed! As well as a gorgeous event barn on the property if you want to host more people……
