“It’s the coziest of cabins snuggled into the mountains! Close (40ish min drive) to Shenadoah National park for great hiking. A ten minute drive to its own cute little downtown. Do not recommend suicases with wheels, only pack duffle bags as the entrance to the cabin is up a few rocky steps- nothing that hindered us but did see noted in other reviews. ”

“We are a group of Civil War reenactors that were in town for the Battle of Cedar Creek reenactment. The house and property are beautiful and clean. There was a small issue with the electricity that was resolved quickly. Some of the outside lights (dusk/dawn light above main stairs) didn’t come on. Overall, we highly recommend this house and property. The gorgeous location and beautiful house make for a great getaway. ”
