My 85 year old mother found the bed very comfortable, and the house was stocked with everything you would need. John was so responsive and pleasant. We would recommend this home to any family, and feel grateful there was such a nice place so close to the birthday party!”

“Welcoming Arts and Craft style rental with a delightful back yard. Everything as pictured. Note: House is located on busy street front so there are road noises. Easy off street parking provided. We found the rental to be a relaxing retreat during a busy family gathering in Richmond. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect location if visiting Earlham College. ”

“If you are looking for a very peaceful getaway from all the hustle and bustle, this is your spot. The home is conveniently located a short drive off the highway and is close to small town conveniences. A perfect alternative to trying to find a hotel for a larger family when dropping kids off at BSU (a very manageable drive up HWY3) Kris and Aleece were incredible host and went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable! Highly recommend!”

“Not impressed, glad by niece and her children didnt come. No diner table to have a meal at. Lack of dishes, silverware, no coffe table, no nightstands. No place to put your suitcases on, used the floor. Owners mother walked in the house, without knocking. Luckily my dog didnt get out. Shower had a hair ball in drain, feces in toilet, gunk all over tile in bathroom tiles. I had to wash the storm door, to see in or out.”
