“When I got to my room, it was not ready, no bed linen or towels. This is most unusual, anyway, the staff were on it straight away and before too long I was in a prepared room. “The property is small and cozy as described, facilities are tidy and clean. We couldn’t receive the check-in instructions until we call at check-in time, the problem is solved quickly.
