“Was on a solo motorcycle tour. Likes; very convenient to “Mayberry” touristy locations, lol, hot breakfast was good, staff are very responsive ( had a moth fly in, couldn’t reach it, they sent a staff member, catch and release, lol). Dislikes; not a total biggie deal breaker. Retired now, but worked construction back in the day, so I get it, lol. There were construction crews staying all over. I had neighbors 2 doors down. They were party hard guys after work. Bluetooth speaker music. pounded 4……

“Me and my sport team of 28 people stayed here for a weekend and had no complaints. The service at the front desk (Sam) was more than accommodating. While the condition of the building may be a little run down, if you’re looking for an easy, simple nights rest and a shower this is the place to go. ”

“What a gem, right off of the blue ridge parkway ♥︎ Clean and recently renovated rooms, a quaint and rural location, friendly management, and a wholesome breakfast of eggs, potatoes, sausage, coffee, and juice. “We had an outstanding time. The owners greeted us outside to welcome us in. Very nice people. Our room was spacious, bed was very comfortable and clean. We loved the charm and history of the home. Coffee and breakfast was delicious. Great place to stay, beats a hotel by a mile. We can’t wait to go back!!!”
