“Hotel was great. Extremely friendly staff and very clean overall. Hotel itself was quiet and the restaurant was amazing (make reservation). Outside the hotel was noisy but I guess that is to be expected. It’s a college town. It’s not the dorms that are noisy, it’s the students (I guess they were students) partying in the apartments just behind the hotel. Overall, great experience. We would and probably will stay here again. ”

“What a gem, right off of the blue ridge parkway ♥︎ Clean and recently renovated rooms, a quaint and rural location, friendly management, and a wholesome breakfast of eggs, potatoes, sausage, coffee, and juice. I especially loved that rooms are code-locked so you don't have to worry about having a key.”

“Hotel was clean, offered breakfast, had pleasant reception staff. Room had fun decor, netflix, and loved the fact that they use refillable shampoo, soap, body wash, etc vs the bar soaps and individual bottles which are often wasted after only a few uses.”

“Amazing!! Just beautiful and unique. The rooms were a stunning surprise when you opened the door!! I can’t say enough about the esthetic of the building! “Was on a solo motorcycle tour. Likes; very convenient to “Mayberry” touristy locations, lol, hot breakfast was good, staff are very responsive ( had a moth fly in, couldn’t reach it, they sent a staff member, catch and release, lol). Dislikes; not a total biggie deal breaker. Retired now, but worked construction back in the day, so I get it, lol. There were construction crews staying all over. I had neighbors 2 doors down. They were party hard guys after work. Bluetooth speaker music. pounded 4……
