“Hotel was great. Extremely friendly staff and very clean overall. Hotel itself was quiet and the restaurant was amazing (make reservation). Outside the hotel was noisy but I guess that is to be expected. It’s a college town. It’s not the dorms that are noisy, it’s the students (I guess they were students) partying in the apartments just behind the hotel. Overall, great experience. We would and probably will stay here again. ”

“What a gem, right off of the blue ridge parkway ♥︎ Clean and recently renovated rooms, a quaint and rural location, friendly management, and a wholesome breakfast of eggs, potatoes, sausage, coffee, and juice. I especially loved that rooms are code-locked so you don't have to worry about having a key.”

“The cabin is very nice, clean and beautiful location. Inside was very nice. It is a bit of a walk with luggage from the parking area to the cabin. Perhaps the owner could invest in a cart of some sort to help with this, especially for older clients.”

“I chose this listing because of the central in town location and the excellent reviews. It did NOT disappoint! We could easily walk all around town to music venues, shops and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and well maintained with extras like water bottles in the fridge and a bottle of wine on the counter! “We only spent a night but wish it could have a been a week. The cabin is nestled into a green valley on a nice sized pond with beavers and frogs. It was exceptionally clean and well appointed, with plenty of room for our family of five. Clean communication from the host. Can't wait to return.”

“Green acres is such a gem in the cute town of Floyd! Surprised it was not full to the gills. Bruce the owner was kind and very accommodating. The pond was such a wonderful gift to escape from the heat stocked full of paddle boards and kayaks. The spring fed pond was full of nature. The inflatable trampoline provided hours of play for the kiddo’s and adult’s alike! The amenities were perfect. ”
