“Thank you for a wonderful stay! We enjoyed the open layout and easy access to outdoors / pool. Location was great for daily hikes up the hill at the nearby park, just 1.4 miles away. We loved the access to daily great challenging hill walks! Ventura blvd offers some great sushi, boutiques and coffee houses. Don’t miss: Yala coffee, Flask for cocktail fixings or wine for the house or Granville for clean fish or a satisfying burger. I loved the house and the area! Host was communicative and……

“Very clean, has everything needed for a stay. Extremely comfortable bed. Has a nice kitchen set up for a kitchenette. Very convenient location, was helping to move someone in to Cal Tech, and right near campus. If you are sensitive to noise, you can hear cars/trucks drive by because it is very close to the road. You can also hear others in the house. I brought a white noise machine. The parking lot is very tight, but able to get an SUV in there. ”

“The house was easy to find. It was very spacious, very clean and comfortable with plenty of room for our family of 10. Though we did not need it the house is fully wheelchair accessible. Every thing was in very nice condition. The beds were very comfortable. ”

“Space was just right for 2 people. Host was very communicative and accommodating. Only feedback is that parking in the backyard is a bit tight and that the shared walls were very thin. We could hear the other guests in the adjoining house talking very clearly well past quiet hours up to 2:30am.”

“The location was great for us, the house was very clean, the communication was great. Our only feedback would be that the small couch and chairs in the family room were pretty uncomfortable.”

“This was a great Thanksgiving visit with my family. The VRBO was spacious, no issues that were of a big deal to us. Note the ice maker and the upstairs masters shower nozzle. We definitely would enjoy staying here. Thanks to our hosts for providing everything.”

"Room: clean, quite new Staff: generally very nice and friendly, we had a good chat with the staff who arrange our check-in, and explain to us everything we need to know. The staff in the restaurant were very nice too, fully aware what we need before we voice out. But the staff who help with the luggage socked me a bit because I forgot to give the tips, but face changed in seconds when I gave out the note….tips culture is so hard for me Location: excellent if you are visiting universal studios you have the free shuttle at the hotel Food: we paid the breakfast and it was great, don’t forget the waffles! "
