“This little house turned out to be a hidden gem—literally. Tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac, it felt totally secluded and peaceful, yet we were minutes from everything.The patio was a favorite spot for morning coffee with an amazing view. “Coming to town for the first time not knowing the area this place was very walkable. Each room has its own pin pad lock so I felt safe in my room. Shared bathrooms were kept clean as was the property as a while. Private parking was very convenient. Quiet hours were appreciated as were the provided linens. Zihan was easy to communicate with and very prompt in responding. The mini fridge in the room was a life saver to keep myself stocked and comfortable. ”

“Location in Hawthorne which is not considered the safest area. However, the neighborhood was relatively quiet and I did not feel unsafe. Good ac unit in the bedroom. Room was clean and fully appointed. It is a shared bathroom and overall very simple accommodations, but also very inexpensive. The owner allowed me to park my car in his driveway which was very nice because there isn’t too much street parking available. ”

“The property was super clean and the living spaces were cozy and comfortable. I was nervous when I saw how close it was to the freeway, but honestly we didn't even hear it from the house. The neighborhood was super safe and quiet. The house is only minutes from the Huntington and tons to see and do in Pasadena. The cute little sitting area in the front yard was a nice bonus space to hang out. Would definitely stay here again!”

“My stay was great, and Elizabeth was a great and welcoming host! It was the perfect little home for just myself, visiting California for the first time. The property itself sits with a couple other units on site, but each unit is private and separate from the others. “What a unique and charming find! This was the cutest little house I have ever stayed at. The backyard was gorgeous, perfect to watch the planes landing in. "We stayed for four days and three nights, and our experience was truly outstanding. From the flavorful meals to the sparkling clean pool, the well-maintained environment, and the reliable shuttle service—every detail was thoughtfully handled and exceeded expectations. The only aspect that could use improvement was the service attitude of the night shift front desk staff, who came across as less welcoming compared to the daytime team. A bit more warmth and attentiveness during the night would truly elevate the guest experience. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for families visiting Universal Studios Hollywood.
