“Great house in a great location - would highly recommend to anyone”

“The property is well-taken care of and in a very nice neighborhood. Very safe and conveniently located. The host was extremely responsive. The only drawback was that it was cramped for six people. We needed the spare air mattresses to sleep everyone moderately comfortably. The check-in information was a little confusing. Bathroom quite small and lacks countertop space.”

“The house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. It was exactly as advertised and very clean. Dalia was a pleasure to communicate with. The home was centrally located to all tourist attractions. Parking was never a problem, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet at night. ”

“Excellent location just off Hollywood Blvd! Great for walking! Property was clean, secure, & comfortable. Older building, with upgraded interior. You will need a small vehicle if parking-garage is tight access! Quiet, for a densely populated neighborhood! Easy access to ride share. Property mgr was quick to respond to our questions. An enjoyable stay! Thanks! ”

“Great house in a great location! We were visiting family in Burbank and stayed out the house with our 3 and 1 year olds. The house was small but had everything we needed!”

“The owner of this place is an ABSOLUTE LEGEND. I reached out to him right after I booked it and he offered to give me a call to walk through the location to make sure I was comfortable with the booking. After I was at the location he was willing to give me a tour to explain the small details of the house. Even during our stay, the house was big so I occasionally had some questions about specific rooms and he responded immediately. 10/10 would recommend staying here. The pictures sell it itself……

“Overall, it was a great place to stay. There was some lack of communication with the property manager. Also, the outlets in the master bedroom was not working during our stay, notified the property manager., but nothing was fixed. All in all—-We had a great time, and everyone had space to relax and enjoy each other’s company.”

“We enjoyed our stay! A big plus is the attached garage. It was great being able to pull into your garage and walk into your townhouse. The house was very clean. They had nice shampoo, conditioner and soap and plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable. It was a quiet neighborhood. We slept very comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked. I’d stay here again! ”

“Bob lives in Hollywood and his location to our VRBO was only 1 mile apart. Needed a three bedroom and at least two baths.This Mediterranean designed house was perfect for our needs. Large living room with couches and lots of seating for watching TV or just conversing. Nicely equipped kitchen with the basics that worked for us. Dinning room with large eating table.Location was ideal for sightseeing and close to food and services(DoorDash). Usually around 45 minute delivery.We loved the different……

The property is also a perfect location for all the tourists attractions. The accommodation was lovely, clean, and had all the amenities needed for a family.
