“This property is 16 miles in, off of the main road, into the mountains. The last 3 miles are on an unpaved gravel road. There is no cell service out here. “The location is only 4 minutes drive to Big Bend which is a big plus for us. We stayed there 4 nights, and the host is responsive and keep the trash in our room cleaned every day. The check in and check out thrue texting is also convenient for us because we check in late and check out early thanks to the smart door lock. “This is a beautiful facility in a beautiful location. Five stars except that it advertises that there is wifi in the rooms. We had no service. I emailed the address given via my phone but received no response whatever. This doesn't detract much from the otherwise great experience. “Description of house is accurate. It had everything we could possibly need or want. It is definitely remote but those stars you could see so vividly. Bob is informative and really nice by messenger. Owners were not present during our stay but regardless it wouldn’t have been an issue for me. Glad we pre-bought our snacks/drinks because there are no grocery stores or gas station near by. We drove to Big Bend everyday to hike and we bought a couple of things from a small grocery store to cookout……
