“Very accommodating for our pet (there is a one time fee). Very quiet out there. About 3 miles on a dirt road though, it's not horrible but I wish it was all paved. Makes for a lot of dust. It is a way out there, about 45 minutes to Study Butte and Terlingua but a nice scenic drive and the roads out there are good. Our King room was clean and spacious with a coffee maker, mini-fridge, and microwave. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was roomy. Nice, large, shared front porch for sitting out and……

“The location is only 4 minutes drive to Big Bend which is a big plus for us. We stayed there 4 nights, and the host is responsive and keep the trash in our room cleaned every day. The check in and check out thrue texting is also convenient for us because we check in late and check out early thanks to the smart door lock. The layout is practical and in room appliances (microwave, fridge, hair blower) are also help us staying in there for easy breakfast and dinner. Overall, I recommend this……

They’ve thought of all the little details- river towels, sunscreen and JBL by pool, super high end well appointed kitchen, storage in refrigerators, ice, seating areas for sunrise and sunsets, hidden TV room. The location is perfect for exploring Big Bend and good location for Terlingua spots. We ended up extending our stay because it was so relaxing and perfect.”

“The property is arranged like a an old time western town with a few fun twists. we only spent 2 nights here, but we would definitely stay here again. We used this property as a jumping off point for Big Bend National Park which is only about 20 minutes away. Loved the views off the back of our cabin which was schoolhouse #2. Disnt get a chance to explore the property much at all but are looking forward to it on our next visit. Great bed and plenty of room...shower is a little old but didnt……
