“Everything was very clean & nice. Breakfast was awesome! Wine & cheese every afternoon & cookies every night are nice extra touches. Pool area was clean & provided Pool towels a big plus. Room service great. The only thing we were disappointed in was the beach access. It was a rather steep hill down to beach. We were told it changes due to high tides and wind etc. which no one can control. We had a great trip and would love to stay there again.”

“I honestly loved it. Other than the parking situation. They should change it to assigned spots by the rooms to make it easier. And figure something out to make it easier when it’s packed to get in and out ”

“For our purposes the motel was near the beach and away from the noise of the main drag yet near enough to restaurants and attractions. I could see the Wright Brothers Memorial from our balcony, yet was 3 blocks away.”

“The property was Immaculate and well worthwhile. Tara was very friendly and more accommodating than any hotel I have stayed at in years. The only thing I saw that was a little off was the access to the shower controls - could not get the water running without getting the cold water a bit. ”

“Very basic, think Motel 6 with a great view. A/C was great, pillows were great, bed decent. TV service good, ice machine great. Outdated, sandy floors, smashed bug on the wall, left over bottles of shampoo for general use...that was weird, plastic cups had faulty bottoms, way too much light coming into the room at night. Who uses white cloth shades for light reduction? Pool was out of commission, looks like for a while now. Toilet sized for kids and short women, not men with "dangly" things.……

“Brooks & Dawn took care of us over the weekend with a Multitude of Customer Services Second to None. We have been coming to Naggs Head Inn for the last 5-6 years and the Tradition will continue if their Services Remain the Same! We Love the Naggs Head Inn and their Staff and will be back next year. Our 1 complaint that doesn’t effect this Survey is Our Shower Curtain in Our Bathroom was a foot to short and the floors were very wet which we cleaned up every morning. Buy a Longer Shower Curtain……

“I loved the fact my dog was welcome here. Easy access to the beach. Glad I upgraded to a beach access room. However. Not sure I got an Expedia deal on this. Also. The clerk named Jim wanted cash for the upgrade. I didn’t have it. Yet when I asked at check out for change for. 50. He said he did not have it. Disappointed. This was for my tip to cleaning lady. I don’t have much in monetary value. But I believe in tipping and buying items in the area I stay in. It’s called. CONTRIBUTING TO THE……
