“Nice quaint and quiet place waterfront. Excellent service at the continental breakfast. Didn’t have any interaction with desk staff and the desk is open very limited hours - but that didn’t affect our stay. Perfect place in Manteo”

“Everything was very clean & nice. Breakfast was awesome! Wine & cheese every afternoon & cookies every night are nice extra touches. Pool area was clean & provided Pool towels a big plus. Room service great. The only thing we were disappointed in was the beach access. It was a rather steep hill down to beach. We were told it changes due to high tides and wind etc. which no one can control. We had a great trip and would love to stay there again.”

“We have stayed at the Sanderling before and enjoyed our stay. Our complaint on this visit was the outdoor dining and lobby bar were not open. There seems to be a hard rule that everything isn't open until Memorial weekend. If you wanted something to drink you had to walk over to the restaurant which was not a quick walk. My husband also thought the landscaping looked terrible. Also a lot of the wood handrailing should be replace as the wood is splintering and is a hazard.”

“Very happy with our stay! The room was great and for the most, parking was great. If you get in late, hard to find a spot and a little tight for a truck. Breakfast was very good! Walk to the beach was right there. I would stay again. (room was a bit pricing for the time of year, before Memorial day).”

“Our stay at Beach Rd Bed and Breakfast was amazing! The house is perfectly located across from the beach which provided amazing sunrise and sunset views! The Corolla room had a perfect private balcony and was the best spot for a short beach trip with my dog. The owners left out snacks for breakfast and happy hour which was the sweetest touch! A 10/10 experience!! ”

“For our purposes the motel was near the beach and away from the noise of the main drag yet near enough to restaurants and attractions. I could see the Wright Brothers Memorial from our balcony, yet was 3 blocks away.”

“Right by the beach. Has a small deck with chairs to enjoy morning coffee. A casual hotel, friendly staff. Pick beach view or street/parking for your price point. Every room has a balcony with chairs.”

“Very basic, think Motel 6 with a great view. A/C was great, pillows were great, bed decent. TV service good, ice machine great. Outdated, sandy floors, smashed bug on the wall, left over bottles of shampoo for general use...that was weird, plastic cups had faulty bottoms, way too much light coming into the room at night. Who uses white cloth shades for light reduction? Pool was out of commission, looks like for a while now. Toilet sized for kids and short women, not men with "dangly" things.……

“Nice Motel, easy safe parking. Nice room, great tv. A dehumidifier was in the room, I guess because of the humidity of the area. Older type building, but well maintained and kept in great condition. ”

“Brooks & Dawn took care of us over the weekend with a Multitude of Customer Services Second to None. We have been coming to Naggs Head Inn for the last 5-6 years and the Tradition will continue if their Services Remain the Same! We Love the Naggs Head Inn and their Staff and will be back next year. Our 1 complaint that doesn’t effect this Survey is Our Shower Curtain in Our Bathroom was a foot to short and the floors were very wet which we cleaned up every morning. Buy a Longer Shower Curtain……
