“This is a very clean, no-frills spot to get a hot shower, sleep in a clean bed, catch up on old movies on TCM! We enjoyed ourselves! I love the old motels so you can park right in front of your room, plus our dog was welcome! ”

“Checking was good. The room we booked was not available, but they worked it out and we were given alternate options at no extra charge. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast is provided and it's a decent. We had eggs, sausage, waffles, bread, cereal, fruit, tea, juice. I was truly impressed. There was also a heated pool and gym. Would definitely recommend to our friends. ”

“Staff and room were excellent. Coffee station is great with some fruit, and waffles and rolls/pastries. Location is very convenient to Warren Street and shops etc. Elevator is out of service, and there does seem to be some work going on, front entrance boarded up. "Please excuse our appearance" etc etc. All told, it was clean and comfy and convenient. Just not a luxury hotel. ”

“Nicely appointed big clean room. No lobby or staff. It’s all self check in. Great location just steps from everything in Hudson. Only issue is the noise. I would definitely stay again but only if I was on the 2nd floor. ”

“Comfortable, homey room in a nice house located a block away from the Hudson main drag. Coffee, tea, and snacks right outside my door in a little alcove. Reasonable price. What's not to like?”

“We had a great time at The Amelia this past weekend. The property is beautiful, and we loved how the whole house was usable to our discretion: there was a living room with a fireplace, the kitchen was stocked with breakfast items and snacks kindly prepared by the hosts, and the backyard had a fire pit perfect for the cold weather we experienced. The rooms were also very cozy and spacious. Would definitely go back again or recommend to anyone considering a trip to the area!”
