“Booked here and then read a lot of recent bad reviews….my experience was the exact opposite. All the staff were extremely friendly. Anything I needed was dealt with as quickly as possible. I had a jacuzzi suite- jacuzzi worked great, the room ahead an incredible view, room service was affordable and quick, front desk staff arranged taxi service for me, air conditioning worked great and I didn’t see any bugs. Sure there are locals trying to sell souvenirs-but that’s everywhere in the Philippines!……

“We stay for 4 nights and I was very happy with the experience, the location is perfect, lots of nature around, management are the best, they help with everything, including answering very specific questions regarding the neighborhood, they suggested nice place to eat, offer Island hopping, and more. We will go back as soon as we can.”

“Awesome customer service and staff are friendly. Wish we could have stayed a little longer. Our bungalows (#11 Villa) is nice though it could use a kitchen area.”

“Unbelievably great rooms. Location not bad also. Far away from the chaos of Walking Street. (Unless that’s your thing). Close to fast food options and a big two-stores cafe bakery with a 711 that you can really go and a Korean restaurant. But not immediately around so needs maybe 6-7 minutes of walking ”

“Clark start been our tradition stay since 1 1/2 years, this hotel management and employees will help you in anything, like car rental, rides and local recommendations etc. Room are comfy and clean, food is cheap and super yummy.
