“We wanted to try something different from the usual accommodations in the area and we were very happy with our decision! The location is convenient for all outdoor activities, but you’ll have to drive to Colebrook or Berlin for restaurants if you don’t plan on cooking. The stay was cozy and clean except for the bathroom shower drain, but even so, it was still much cleaner than other accommodations. Any questions we had the host responded to within thirty minutes. We’ll be back!”

“Wonderful property with a great layout. We had 2 families stay for a trip to Santa’s village and had plenty of space for our weekend trip. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for meals and the property was within 10 minutes of some local dining places. Very convenient to Santa’s village. About 5 minutes away. It rained most of our trip so we weren’t able to enjoy the outdoor fire pit and deck furniture, but there were games available and we were able to relax inside. Would stay……

“Upon opening the door, we were greeted by a warm, sunny living room with breath taking views of the mountains. The recliners and the propane fireplace offered a cozy space to read, visit, or just enjoy the view. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of fluffy white towels. The kitchen was well appointed right down to the martini shaker. The attention to every detail was so appreciated and made for a memorable stay. Thank you for sharing your special place.”

“I planned this trip for my birthday, and it was absolutely what I was hoping for. The people running the place were beyond kind and helpful, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable/happy. The cabin was exactly as portrayed, if not better. ”

“As soon as we walked through the first floor we realized we needed to come back again and started planning. Our Girl Scout Troop made this our end of the year overnight adventure and we have to stay much longer next time! Kids and adults were mesmerized from the beginning and we had an absolute blast. The hot tub was glorious and the accommodations were fabulous and extremely thoughtful in every way. Anything you might have forgotten to bring was available and easy to find. Kitchen was well……

“This was a beautiful place to stay! Loved it. The outside is SOOOO freaking cute...the inside too, but the allure of the outside is amazing. It snowed a lot while we were there, the final stretch of snow we will see until Fall being from Ohio. This place had everything we needed, wouldn't have even wished for anything else! LOVELY!”

“lovely remote cabin ; lots of trees, quiet. We enjoyed seeing the horses on our way in! Really appreciated being able to bring our dog. Very comfortable beds; well equipped kitchen, AC kept entire house cool. The layout of the cabin allows for some privacy and quiet , which is very nice. Some games and books in living room ; (the upstairs has a high ridge in the middle, and then a fairly low ceiling.) Worked fine for our young adult daughter, who is 5 ft. 7 inches. “We had a great time and the house was beautiful. It had plenty of room for the family and amazing views. A 5 min drive to Mt. Abram and a 10 min drive to Bethel/Sunday River, the house is conveniently located. My only suggestion would be to bring awd vehicles if going in the winter as the road and the driveway are tough in the snow without awd. Other than that our trip was perfect and the communication from the owners superb. We would definitely rent here again! W”
