“Everything was so easy for checking in! The house was very well stocked with anything you would need. There were even extras just in case you forgot something like a tooth brush shampoo etc... Everything was neat and tidy when we arrived! The fishing on the pond was great! Caught plenty of bass and pickerel! Plenty of hiking to do nearby! And the best part was we were able to bring our two pups with us! They had a blast on the pond! The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate……

“Knotty Pine Cottage is the perfect escape from the city. The house is wonderful & the hosts have all the amenities you need for your stay. The views from the deck and 2nd floor of the home are spectacular. You can spend time on the pond kayaking, canoeing or dangling your feet in the water while sitting on the sturdy dock. You can also take advantage of the pretty landscape by sitting at the picnic table or at the adorable seating area with firepit the hosts have created. The appeal of the house……

“We visited the N. Conway area for snowboarding over a long weekend & stayed at this lovely property. While it’s a bit of a drive to the resorts, we didn’t mind, even during the snowstorm! The cottage was very inviting, comfortable, & well-appointed. We especially enjoyed the wood stove! The owners were likewise very gracious. We hope to visit again next year! ”

“Huge improvement over a hotel. Susan and Brian are super nice and serve up some tasty ice cream treats right next door. They seem more set up for winter guests as there was only one horribly undersized ac for the whole house. Thankfully, it wasn't ridiculously hot so we did ok with fans. Church tower rings on the hour, every hour, all night long. Not great for us old people who sleep lightly. There's a small grocery/diner/liquor store just a couple steps away as well. “The property owners were terrible with communication. We tried to call before leaving but website said calls not allowed and we assumed that owners would b there or some instructions as it clearly said that there was contactless check in available! We had so much food and 6 kids who were traumatized as it’s in the woody area and said bears and moose area! My older son got sick as we drove for so long to get to this place! Got hotel last minute which was an hour away… Terrible terrible experience……
