“On the Saturday night we had a bad disco blaring out until after 2AM. They tried to make up up with poor quality of music with volume. The hotel itself is a bit dated but otherwise acceptable and we had a river view. Breakfast very good. Parking could be a bit of an issue, limited, fortunately we found a good space and did not need the car until we left.”

“Mava apartments was a womderful stay. Very spacious. Many amenities and a good value. Beds are a little hard. Beware of an upsell due to"regulations", be quiet and keep to your reservation. Romanian comfort expectations are more conservative(in terms of # of people) than American expectations. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would stay again! ”

“This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. I do like it a lot, it is clean, friendly and food is great. There were a few niggles during the storm, room was cold and aircon did not work on heating settings, but they brought in an electric heater (which did not work), one day the water was not warm enough but as soon as I contacted the reception, it was addressed. Overall, I like they are proactive and apologetic, I will definitely book it again.”

“Very nice hotel but the staff need more training regarding customer service. That have not cleaned or changed the towels after first day! It’s a 5*hotel and should be done daily! The front desk ladies didn’t informed us about the WiFi password, breakfast and lunch time or to call when the room was ready for check in. Breakfast was okay, but can be better and should have fresh food not displayed (leftovers) second day as well!”

“An renovated hotel that seems to go through intensive renovation. Good spa and pools. Decent breakfast. Very Small rooms and little to do in the evening (mostly for the kids) ”

“The hotel is probably the best option in the city of otherwise poor options. Everything works well, without standing out. What does stand out is the view from the upper floors over the Danube. All in all a good option for anyone on business. Breakfast is just sufficient (hot, cold options and some drinks).”
