“This property is new and clean. We were happy with the flexibility of the host and the comfort of the home. The only downside, as others have mentioned, was the nasty sulfur smell of the water. It also has a slimy feel. If you can get past that, the place is perfect! Rich is responsive to questions and was flexible with our needs as we were bringing a baby for the holiday weekend. . ”

Cindy was a wonderful host! She left some local treats for us on the table on arrival and gave us some recommendations for activities in the area. She is very responsive and checked on us via message multiple times throughout our stay. When my grandma thought she forgot her laptop behind Cindy offered to go look for it and……

“We stayed here a week in late August to celebrate some family time before the kids went back to school. Everything was just perfect. Even when the weather wasn’t cooperating we found plenty to do around the house and in Sweet Valley. When the weather cooperated, we were able to hike and swim and fish in many of the surrounding lakes and parks. Highly recommend. ”

“Great clean cabin in the woods. We are very familiar with the area we had a cabin 20 minutes away from this one for many years but sold a few years back. This cabin is very peaceful. Was snowing when we arrived it was picture perfect scenery!!!!! Had a campfire outside. Was created with a bottle of wine and warm cabin…. “We spent Christmas at this wonderful home in rural Pennsylvania, and it was perfect for our family. With 8 adults, 6 kids, and a dog, there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, yet the common spaces were spacious enough for us to all gather together comfortably. The kitchen was very well appointed, making it easy to prepare holiday meals.The basement was a great space for the kids to play and enjoy themselves, giving the adults some quiet time. The trails through the woods, tobogganing……

“I booked the home for my annual friendsmas sleepover and the house was AMAZING. We had no issues whatsoever . We did get snowed in on the first night and our host was quick to reply and remedy the situation and had people sent to help us. The house had such great space to accommodate my large group and we will be returning soon!”
