“Overall it was a great stay. We had a minor issue with towels and the owner fixed it immediately with some new towels. Very impressed with the quick response. We ended up needing a longer stay and owner worked with us, which made it way easier for us as we were there for a softball tournament and couldn’t control our schedule times. The extra room was able to be cooled down so some reviews say the room is hot but if that was the case it is not anymore. The house was comfortable temperature……

“A huge home that's pet friendly, nice kitchen, pool, hot tub, etc. This was exactly what we look for. Our trip was for baseball, but here's stuff to do in Rome and Rock City is a cool, short drive without any Interstates. ”

“We stayed here for a softball tournament at Heritage Point Park. This home was with in 10min of where we needed to be. Walmart, Kroger's and an abundance of restaurants and stores near by which made it very convenient. Home was super Clean and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.”

“Our family was attending a funeral so our visit was not for fun - the property was nice - well furnished - and the host was very nice. The kitchen could use a few more items - like a pitcher for tea. And there were no washcloths- but I spoke to the host and I think there will be moving forward.”

“This is our second time staying at this beautiful gem in Georgia! We have family nearby so this made it easy to be close and have a “home away from home” rather than a hotel. The house is so inviting, the decor looks like it’s straight out of a designer magazine, and the host was a pleasure to communicate with whenever we had a question or a need. The beds are comfortable and the sheets were silky soft. There were snacks available, a well appointed kitchen, as well as a nice coffee bar station. ……
